Eduscan aspires to partner with schools in the UAE that share a common mission of creating an environment that nurtures values of gratitude, acceptance and aspirations to build holistic individuals and communities. Under the expertise of Dr Alka Kalra, a renowned educational psychologist, licensed by Community Development Authority (CDA), we work on empowering schools with the knowledge, skills and values to enhance the capacities of their teachers, staffs and students. This will improve their performances in various areas that are covered under the KHDA framework. a) All trainings designed are based on assessments, which are conducted by closely working with the teachers, parents and students. This is to identify the needs of the individual/school and thereafter develop customized training and programs to address those needs. b) Our tailor-made teacher’s training will equip teachers with distinctive skill sets, tools and techniques to better manage the classrooms, differentiate and support each student in their class. The programs will help create an environment in the classroom that adheres to the inclusion policy of KHDA thus improving the school's KHDA ratings.
c) It also supports in enhancing the student's capabilities through sensory development, focus and concentration development, etc. which in turn strengthens their academic foundation and self-esteem.

Dr.Alka Kalra - Director
Dr. Alka Kalra is a highly educated and experienced psychologist and counsellor.Her professional opinions are published from time to time in leading newspapers and are aired on various radio station.She has been appreciated and awarded various titles including :

Navin Kalra
Mr. Navin Kalra is a graduate from renowned University - Sri.Ram College Of Commerce, also a Chartered Accountant and a Yogi
He firmly believes that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Being a martial art champion, he emphasizes that learning outside the classroom accelerates the learning inside the classroom.
He strongly advocates "Whatever a human mind conceive and believe it can achieve. At Eduscan , we ensure that every individual on campus is able to conceive a positive self-image and trust on his abilities which in turn makes him a confident human being.

I am a Social Engineer with Masters in Social Work and Mechanical Engineering. 'Versatile' and 'Passionate' are the Eduscan traits that resonates with my personality the most, as I have professionally taken up two different field, and I have a passion to work with children. I strive for versatility among the teachers and determined children by engaging with them through various interventions that bridges their gaps and helps them to develop the necessary life skills as well as enhance their abilities.
